Mother and Child Healthcare Programme
Genel’s Mother and Child Healthcare Programme was rolled out to our host communities in Somaliland. The programme was run by Edna Adan University Hospital (EAUH) and provided vital educational sessions and essential health services to rural community members. The founder of EAUH is Edna Adan, who is one of Somaliland’s truly inspirational leaders and who has dedicated her life to improving healthcare across the country. Genel is privileged to have been able to support the invaluable and ongoing work of Edna Adan and her dedicated teams.
